The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk c alled the roll, all trustees responding present,
except Trustee Noll.

It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee Haas that
Resolution to contruot concrete pavement on Central 8t. N. W. Highway,
Main St., Lincoln Ave and Elmhurst Ave be passed.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Haas that
Mr. Gerstner be temporarily employed at 753 per hour to assist
supertindent and Mr. Gerstner and Mr. Hammer be appointed as
Special Pollee.

Thereupon it was duly moved by Trusteeoklenburg seconded
