Dear Sir: -
You are hereby directed to call a special
meeting on Monday evening, Mar 21, at the usual time
and place for the purpose to receive bids on Water
Main Extension and -such other business as may come before
said meeting.

The President Galled the meeting the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present.
Thereupon the clerk read the petetion for Municipal Band.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
'Haas that clerk be authorized and directed to submit same
before voters at the coming Village election. Carried,
It Was 1_ moved by Trustee Mecklenburg that Public Service
contract for Fine St. be arproved aril the President and Clerk
be authorized to sign same in behalf of the Village.

Nays, none.
Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.

of Northern Illinois to perform work as specified below.

It was duly moved seconded and carried that said permit be
granted.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that R. F. Meyn bid
be accepted for t
