Carried It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Haas the Chief Mulso be directed to make application for licence for truck and clerk be directed to issue warrant for same. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman Bays none. Motion carried ayes six, nays none. It was duly moved seconded and carried that clerk be directed to make application for power at the Pump House on Pine 8t. It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Mecklenburg that clerk be authorized to order pump delivered. Carried. Thereupon a plat of dedication for part of public street being that part of lots 1 and 2 in Block 3 of Busse & Wille's resubdivision in Mount Prospect in hte W. 1/2 of Soo. 12, T. 41 N. R. 11 E. of the 3rd P.M. lying south of a straight line drawn from the S. B. Corner of said lot 1 to a point on the West line of said lot 2 extended 31.71 ft. South of a stone monument at the point of curve, being also 226.21 ft. south of the N. W. corner of Lot 2 aforesaid was presented. It was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by Trustee Pohlman that said plat be approved. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas Heide, Mecklenburg Noll anu.Pohlman. Nays none. Motion carried ayes six, nays none. Thereupon a plat of Fredrioh Schaefer's Addition to Mount Prospect being a subdivision of part of the 11 1/2 of the N. 60 rods of the S. W. 1/4 of Section 12 and the S. 33ft. of part of the N. W. 1/4 of said section 12 T. 41 N. R. 11 E. of the 3rd P.M. Cook County was presented. It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Boll that said plat be approved. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman Nays none. Motion carried ayes six, nays none. Thereupon the Village Board took a recess. The Village Board again reconvened. The clerk si ailed the roll, all trustees responding present. Thereupon the following ordinance was read: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: " AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND LAYING OF A CONNECTED SYSTEM OF WATER MAINS, TOGETHER WITH ALL NECESSARY APPURTENANCES q yr IN WE -GO TRAIL AND OTHER STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSECT, COUNTY OF COOK AND STATE OF ILLINOIS ", PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SAID VILLAGE ON TEE 27th DAY OF SBFTEMBER, A.D. 1926. It was moved Noll seconded by Trustee Haas that we make application to the Illinois Municipal League and clerk be direoted to issue voucher for $10.00. It was duly moved and seconded that we advertise for bids on tractor with a trade in on 10 -20 tractor. MOLL CALL Ayes, Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg Nall and Pohlman. Nays none. Motion married ayes six, nays none. It was duly moved and seconded that H. P. Meyn be paid $200.00 on a000unt out of water fund.
