The President Called the meeting to order.
In the absence of the Clerk, John W. Pohlman was appointed
Clerk pro tem.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of Deo. 7th were read and same were
on motion duly made approved.
Treasurer's Report as follows was read and ordered placed on
file.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Heide
that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

Nays none.
Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon a plat of Dedication for public street, being the
northerly sixteen (16) feet (measureu at right angles to the
Southerly line of Railroad Ave., ) of Lot 5, 6, 7 and 8 of
Waldemar Krause's Addition to Mt. Prospect, in the E. 1/2 of
N. «. 1/4 of Section 12, T. 41 N. R. 11 B. of the 3rd P.M.
and lots 1 -2 and 3 of Meier's Addition to Mt. Prospect in the
N. W. 1/4 of Section 12, T. 41 N. R. ], E. of the 3rd P,M.
was presented.
It was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg, seconded by Trustee
Heide that said plat be approved.

Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklehburg, Noll and Pohlman.
Nays none.
Motion, carried six, nays none.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that the matter of
insurance for Chief of Police Mulso be referred to the
Police and Light Committee.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
