The President called the meeting to oraer.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meetings of Nov, and. and Nov. 16th were
read and same were on motion duly made approved.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Pohlman
that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue vouchers
for same.

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Heide
that complaint of Mr/ Grimm about dumping rubbish in ditch be
referred to Street and Sidewalk Committee.
Thereupon the Board took a recess.
The Board again reconvesned, all trustees responding present.
It was duly moved and seconded that the President and Clerk
be authorised to sign contract and clerk hold check for
4300.00 in lied of Bond for the faithful performance of the
contract,

It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded Haas, that
H. F. Meyn be paid 4400.00 out of Street & Sidewalk Fund.

It was duly moved seconded and aarried that said permit be
grantee.
Therupon it was duly moved and seconded that the recommendation
of the Board of Appeals of the John C. Sterrett Subdivision
be referred to the Judiciagry committee. Carried )'.
It was moved by Trustee Heide, seconded by Trustee Beigel
that the Chairman of the Street and Sidewalk be authorized
to ma$e arrangements with William Kruse, Nitta Twp. Kighwq,
Commissioner, to have railroad crossing across C. & B. W.
on Mt. Prospect Road straightened.
