The'President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk c alled the roll, all trustees responding present,
except Trustee Noll.
Minutes of the meetings of October were read and upon motion
duly made, seconded, approved.
It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee
Heide that Keystone Driller Co. be awarded contract for
Pump for $2180.00 and that checks be returned to unsuccessful
bidders.
Roll call
Ayes Beigel, Haas, He.de, Mecklenburg and Pohlman.
Nays, none.
Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee
Haas that contract for Tractor be awarded to H. F. Meyn
for the amount of $840.00.
Roll call
Ayes, Beigel, Haas Heide, Mecklenburg and Pohlman.
Nays none.
Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned.
