You are hereDy directed to pall a special
meeting of the Members of the Board or Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect to be held on Wednesday
evening October 20th, at the usual time and place.

The President called the Meeting to order.
The Clerk a alled the roll, all trustees responding present
except Trustee Haas.
Thereupon an ordinance providing for thq_�_�-�cgnstructing and
laying of a connected system of waterNWIs together with
all necessary appurtenances in Owen St. in the Village of
Mount Prospect, County of Cook, State of Illinois, was
presented.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said ordinance
be passed.
ROLL CALL
AYES Beigel, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman.
NAYS none.
Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried meeting adjourned.

Application is hereby made by the Public Ser ice
of Northern Illinois to perform work as specified below:
To install gas sewer pipe Edwards Busse -Louis
1 Milbourn- Edwards and Busse.
Public Serviee Co.
By D. W. Burtis.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said permits be granted.
It was duly moved and seconded that Plat of Dedication on Rail-
road Avenue between Bmmereon and Main Street be approved. Carried..
It was duly moved seconded and carried that resolution for work
on State Highway be passed.

Ayes Beige', Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and- man.
Nays none.
Motion carried, Ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved to amend order for light as follows:
Pine and Lincoln? Owne and Northwest Highway, Milburn ana Louis
and Central and Louis. Motion carried.
Thereupon an ordinance to file application for permit to
construct sewers in sub district #6 and #7 of the Weller Creek 9
Drainage District and the President and Clerk be authorized
to accept such permits with the conditions attached thereto. Motion
Carried.
It was duly moved seconded and carried, me eting adjourned.
