Dear Sir:-

You are hereby directed call a special meeting of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect for the purpose of
opening bids and such other business as may come before said meeting,
to be held on Monday evening, August 23, 1926, at the usual time and
place.

Village President.
The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk Galled the roll, all trustees responding present.
It was duly moved seconded and oarried that bids for water works bond
be opened.
The following bids were opened;
Gus Grimm, 00 Gents on dollar
Mount Pros*eat Mats Sank, par
It was duly moved by Trustee . Naas that bonds be awarded to Mount Prospect
State Sauk, they being the highest bidder
Roll Call
*7e8, Seigel, Naas, Yeide, Meok1enburg, Nell and Pohlman .
Hays none. •
Motion Carried, ayes six, nays non *.
It was duly moved by Trustee Maas seconded by Trustee Seigel that
letter from Department of Health be placed on file. Carried.
Thereupon the clerk read the following applioation;

Gentlemen;
I hereby make applioation for permission to repair house
drainage in street.
Signed Mts. H. R. Noll,
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said permit be granted.
The President appointed the following as Special Police;
Albert 11. Suss, William Busse Jr., frank J. Bierman, Albert Wills,
and "red. Mesake.
It was duly moved by Trustee Maas seconded by Trustee Seigel that said
appointments be concurred in.
