Dear Sirs -
You are hereby directed to call a special
meeting of the Board of Trustees Tuesday evening Aug 10th
at the usual time and place for the purpose of opening
. bids and such other business as may come before said meeting.

The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present.
It was duly moved by Trustee.Haas seconded by Trustee Heide
that contract for drilling well be awarded to Lincoln Petis
for the sum of *1692.00

Roll Call
Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman.
'Nays, none.
Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Mecklenburg that the action of the
President in drawing UD contract for well site be concurred
in. Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman that permission be grant-
ed to Walter Krause to dig up Wille or Pine St for temporary
sewer, under the supervision of the Street Commissioner. Carried.
Thereupon it was duly moved, seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
