The President called the meeting to order,
The Qlerk called the roll, all trustees responding present, except
trustee Beide and Boll.
Minutes of the Meetings of July 6th and 27th were read and same
were on motion duly made approved.
The Treasurer's report as follows was read and ordered placed on

that said bills be paid and olerk be direoted to issue warrants

It was duly moved by Trustee Meoklenburg that the Ohairman of
the Polioe and Light Committee and the 0hfirman of the Pinanoe
Committee report at next meeting in regard to purohasing a
fore,. Motion carried.
