Dear Sir:
1 on are hereby directed to call a speoial meeting of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospeot, Tuesday evening
July 27, for the purpose of opening bide for well eto. and moll other
business as may Dome be fore said meeting.

The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk milled the roll all trustees responding present, except
Trustee Boll.
It was duly moved. by Trustee Seigel eeoonded by Trustee Mecklenburg
that bids for well be opened. The following bids were received.

It was duly 39 ved by Trutss Maas seoonded by Trustee Pohlman that
said appoi# a oorred in. Carried.
Thereupon the Yi1 a Board took a reue's?
Thereupon the Tillage Board reoonvened.
Th9 clerk called the roll all trustees reponding present exoept
Trustee Boll.
Committee appointed on site for well, reported that Mr/ Albert
Mille agreed to Bell to the Pillage a Pelee of ground 30230 fronting
on Pine St. approximately 150 ft.,8outh of Oentral Read for the
sum of *850.00.
It was duly moved by Trusts Pohlman seconded by Trustee Haas that
bide from J. P. Miller 4 00/, 8. B. Geiger, Gray Well Drilling 0o.,
and F. H ¥L1, e. be returned.. Carried
It was moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Heide that AJ
ORDINANOE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF VEHICLES 01 STRUTS AND 0
THOROUGHFARES IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT be passed.
Roll 0411
Ayes Reigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg and Pchlman.
- Nays none.
Motion carried iyes five nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Meakleburg seconded by Trustee Pohlman
that Chief of Police also be authorised to put up signs carried.
It was duly moved seconded and carried meeting adjourned..
