The President called the meeting to order(
The clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present
except Trustee Pohlman.
u. Minutes of the meetings of May 4th and llth were read and
same were on motion duly made approved.
It was duly moved seoonded and (tarried that the Board proaeed
to oanvass the votes of the special election of June let, 1926.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee ioll that
said bills be paid and olerk be direeted to issue w4rrants for
same.

Duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by Trustee &side
that the permit granted May 11 for the imitation of two signs
by the H. Roy Beery So, be revoked. Carried.
Thereupon aplat of Busse's Eastern Addition being a subdivision
of part of Blocks 12, 13 and 14 and all of Block 2 and 13 in
Busse's Eastern Addition to fount Prospeot in the East 1/2 of
8eotion 12, Township 41 1. Range 11, East of the 3rd P.M.was
presented.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Mecklenburg
that said plat be approved.

Thereupon the olerk read the following communications
We the undersigned Board of Appeals are satisfied that the
Building Superintendent issue a permit to Mr/ Herbert Meonsohing
to erect a house on the 40 feet lot in Berry $abdivision Lot
No. 228.

that said reoomendation be approved.

Thereupon the Sinance Committee reported that the Books of the
Treasurer and the clerk have been audited by them and that they
had found them correct.
It was moved by Trustee Heide seconded by Trustee Haas that a
two weeks vacation be allowed Mr. Ynlso providing he can find
a oapable man to take his place.

Therupon it was duly moved by Trustee Seigel seoonded by Trustee
Noel that Stop and Go sign sent to us on approval be returned and
that we get another sign mounted on a post. carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seoonded by Trustee Beigel
that an ordinance providing for the installation of septic tanks
