Dear Sir: - You are hereby notified to call a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect on April 20th, 1926 for the purpose of canvassing votes of the coming village election and such other business as may come before said meeting. Yours truly, William Busse Village President. The President called the meeting to order. The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present. It was duly moved seconded and carried that the Board proceed to canvass the votes of the election of April 20, 1926. Busse 123 • It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Mecklenburg Messrs. Noll, Beigel and Haas be declared elected to the office of Village Trustee and that Cdr. Edwin L. Busse Is to the office of Village Clerk. ROLL CALL Ayes Beie1 Haas Heide Mecklenburg Roll and Pohlman Nays none Motion carried, ayes six, nays none. Thereupon the clerk read the following bills: George Busse, judge of election 6.00 F.L. H. Pohlman 22 0 34.50 • Therupon it was duly moved by Trustee Hat :; seconded by Trustee Heide that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants for same. ROLL CALL AYS Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg Noll and Pohlman Nays Bone. Motion aarried ayes six nays none. Therupon it was duly moved seconded and oarried that the let week in May be proclaimed Olean-up-week and that rubbish will be hauled awgy on Thursday May 6th. It was duly moved seconded and carried that the Milk Ordinance be referred to the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by Trustee Heide that Trustee Pohlman be direoted to purchase meters and lead pipe. ROLL CALL Ayes Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg Noll Pohlman Nays None/ Motion carried ayes six nays none. Therupon a subdivision named Maplewood. Heights being a subdivision of he L. 15.00 oh. of Ghat part lying N. of R.R. of S.L. 1/4 of Section 14, (except tne 3 1/y 66 ft. for road), also of Block 46 in Busse's Eastern Addition to Mount Prospect, in L. 1/4 of Sec 12 all in Tp 41 N., R. 11, at of the 3rd P.M. was preuented. It as duly moved by Trustee Noll seconded by Tr 11.3G Haas that said j lat be approved. ROLL CALL Ayes Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg Noll Pohlman Nays none Motion carried ayes six, nays none. Therupon a plat of Block 16,16, 24 and 25 in Busaee Pastern Addition to Mount Prospect was presented, It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Haas that said plat be approved. It was duly moved seconded and oarried that Mr. Busse see BLr• Roesiter and Hansen and have them get together and have a meeting at an early date for purpose of installing sewer and storm water system.
