The clerk r_ called the meeting to order. The Clerk called
the roll all trustees responding present, except President
Busse,
Trustee John W. Pohlman was elected President protem.
AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDIANCE FOR CONSTRUCTING AND LAYING A CONNECTED SYSTEM OF
MATER MAIN ELTENSIONS, TOGETHER WITH ALL NECESSARY APPURTENANCES
IN t f aERSON STREET SOUTH OF LINCOLN AVENUE, UE, IN THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COUNTY OF COOK AND STATE OF ILLINOIS.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Beigel
that said ordinance be passed.
It was moved by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee Heide that
engineer be instructed to draw plat of dedication for widening
of street.

Ayes Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg Noll and Pohlman
Nays none
lotion carried ayes six nays none.
Thereupo a plat being a subdivision of the S. 4. 1/4 of Section.
11 and South 15 acres of the E. 1/2 of N. E. 1/4 of said Section
11 all in T. 41 N. R. 11 E. of the 3rd P. M. was presented.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Beigel
the said plat be approved.

Nays none.
Motion carried ayes six nays none
Thereupon it was duly moved seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
