The Preside it . Called the meeting to order.
The Clerk culled the Roll, all trustees responding present, except
Trustee Heide.
Minutes of the February 2nd meeting were read and same were
nn motion duly made approved.
Treasurer's Report as follows was read and ordered placed on file.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Beigel
that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue vouchers
for Same.

Thereupon a plat of PRO3PEOT HIGHLANDS being a subdivision of
westerly 379.4 feet of the East half of the north 60 rods of the
south west Oarter of Section 12 T. 41 N R. 11 E. of the Third
P.M. excepting the N. 33 feet thereof dedicated for a public
road was presented.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded b$ Trustee Maas
that said plat be approved and the President and Clerk be
authorized and direoted to sign sage for the Village.

Motion oarried, ayes five nays none.
Thereupon a plat of BUSSE'S RE SUBDIVISON of the resubdivision
of lots 1 to 6 inolus in Blook 4, lots 2 and 3 in Blook 5,
all of Block 6, lots 13 zzt to 24 inclusive in Block 7, lots
17 to 2- in Blook 8 all in Meter's Addition to Mount Prospect
a subdivison in N. 11. 1/4 of Sec 12 Bhp 41 N R. 11 East of
the 3rd P.M. was presented.

It was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by Trustee
Beige' that said plat be approved and the President and Clerk
be authorized and directed to sign same for the Village.

Thereupon a plat of Dedioation to for part,of Prospeot Ave of
the N. E. 1/4 16 Beet of Lot 1 in Blocks 5 of Meier's Addition
to Mount Prospeot in the N? g/ 1/4 of Section 12, T. 41 N. R
11 E. of the 3rd P.M. whioh is shown by yellow Color upon the
plat hereon drawn was presented/
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said plat be
approved and the President and Clerk be authorized and
directed to sign same for the Village.

Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by
Henry Beigel that the annual Village Election for three
Village Trustees and one Village Clerk be called to be
held on the 3rd Tuesday of April, 1925. at the Village Hall.

Motion parried, ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon the President appointed the following; as Judges •
and Clarks to be held April 20th, 1926.
Judges: George Busse, John P. Moehling,"and F. L. H. Lueders
Clerks: Ed Pohlman, Alvina Wills and Georgiana Pankonin.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said appointments
be concurred in.
It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee Noll
that matter about mess Pools be turned over to Mr/ Thal and
he to draw up an ordinance to be presented at next meeting.

Motion married, ayes five nays none.
It was duly moved irks by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded Haas
• that plank crossing at Elm and Busse be repaired.

Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by Trustee Beigel
that bid of Mr. for 200.00 be accepted and that
Mr/ Thal be asked to draw up contract with hire.

Motion carried, ayes five nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee Pohlman
that the Village agrees to hire a surveyor to survey plat to
dedicate 16 feet to the street on Railroad Ave providing all
owners give their consent.
