The Clerk called theomeeting to order.
The Clerk called thqall members present except Presitent Busse
and Trustee Mecklenburg.

President pro-tea,
Minutes of the meeting of January bth and 12th were read and
same were on motion duly made approved.
Treasurer's Report as follows was red and ordered placed on file.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Beigel
that said bills be paid and olerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

Motion carried, ayes five, nays none
Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee
Haas that the matter about street near H. L. Soharringhausen
be left to the Street & Lighting Committee. Carried
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Haas
that the President be authorized to sign and olerk countersign
permit to dig under Lincoln Street. Carried.
Moved. by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee Haas that olerk be
directed to purchase necessary election supplies.
Thereupon it was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned.
