Minutes of a special meeting held innpursuanoe to the folldwing
order of the President.

Dear Sir:
You are hereby directed to call a special meeting
for Tuesday Jan 12, 1926 for the purpose of considering
plats presented by H. Roy Berry Co and to take up such other
business as may come before c#aid meeting.

The Clerk called the roll all tonstvwa responding present
except Trustee Heide,
Thereupon the follwing plats were presented:
Castle Height abeing a suodivisionof the N. 1/2 of the S. B. 1/4
of the N. W. 1/4 and the S.. 1/4 of the Jr. B, 1/4 of Section
34, Township'42 North Range 11, B. of the 3rd P.M.
Northwest Heights, being a subdivision of all that land lying
north of C. N. W, railroad in the N. W. 1/4 of the 8,B.1 /4 of
Sec 33 ;.P.' 42 Range 11, Bast of the 3rd P.M. •
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said plats
be approved and the President and Clerk be authorized to sign
same for the Village.

of the Village of Mount Prospect

By virtte of authority conferred upon me by
law, I hereby appoint Albert Grille, Member of Board of
Appeals for 5 years and respectfully ask your concurrence
therein.

It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
Mecklenburg that said appointment be approved.
