Minutes of a special meeting held in pursuance to the following
order of the President:
Edwin L. Busse,
Mount Prospect, Ill.
Dear Sir; -
You are hereby directed to call a special meeting
for the purpose of canvassing votes of the special election and
to take up such other business as may acme before said meeting,
saID MEETING TO BE HELD ON Tuesday October 20 1925 at the
usual time and place.

'The Clerk called the Rollall Trustees responding present.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that -
the Board proceed to canvass the votes of the special election
of October 20th, 1925.
FOR ANNEXATION
71 votes
AtAINST ANNEXATION
7 against.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by
Trustee Haas that the Annexation of certain properties to the
village of Mount Prospect be declared a part of the Village.
ROLL CALL
Ayes Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg No11 and Pohlman
Nays none.
Motion carried, Ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by
Trustee Mecklenburg that Ordinance No, 71 entitled "an Ordinance
and Plat of Annexation to the Village of Mount Prospect be
passed. '

Nays, none.
Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
