By D. W. Burtis. It was duly moved seconded and carried that said permit be granted. It uvas duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Beigel that lights be installed in the following places: Busse & Edward St., Center of block between Busse & N. W. Highway on Emerson St. and center of block between Railmoad Ave & Milbourn St, on Emerson St. and clerk be directed to notify Public Service Co. Gentlemen: - We, the undersigned members of the Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect, respectfully petition your Honr• able Body to amend Ordinance #52 entitled "Zoning Ordinance ", referring to Section 15 headed; Description of Real Estate included in the Several Districts,- Industrial District;- to include lots 1 to 23 inclusive in Prospect Park Subdn. fronting on Elmhusst Ave, and Lincoln St. and those lots in blocks 21 , 22, 24 and 25 in Prespeot Manor Subdn /, fronting on the Northwest Highway and Central Road as indicated on attached blue prints submitted by the Lonnquist company and attached hereto. Therupon Mr. Ben Perrino presented An Ordinance for laying of sidewalks on the south side of Evergreen Alta. from Edward St. to Maple 3t., same was referred to the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. Thereupon it was duly moved seonded and carried that Otto C. Maleske's Water Bill from Jan 1st, to April lst was reauceu 50 %. • It was duly moved by Trustee Heide seconded by Trustee Noll that the Village Clerk be authorized to buy Safe No.53 as per sketch submitted by the Safe Cabinet Co. of Marietta, Ohio. for the sum of 4327.io ROLL CALL Ayes Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg Noll Pohlman Nays none, notion carried, Ayes six, nays none. Therupon the Village Board took a recess, until after the meeting of the Board of Local Improvements. The meeting reconvened. The Clerk galled the Roll, all trustees responding present.
