Dear Sir; -
You are hereby directed to gall a speoial
meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Pillage of
Mount Prospect, to be held on Tuesday, Sept 15, 1925.
at 8:00 P.M, for the purpose of considering a petition
for the annexation of certain lands to Village of Mount
Prospeot and such other matters as may come before the
meeting.

The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding
present.
It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee
Haas that Mr. J. C. Clausen be paid *40.00 for 8 days service
rendered.

Ayes Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg Noll Pohlman
Nays none.
Ayes six, -nays none, Motion carried
Therupon it was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded
by Trustee Pohlman that Busses operating from Niles Renter
to Wauconda be asked to operate their line through Mount
Prospect. Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee
Heide that an ordinance "entitled" An aot to provide for
annexing territory to the Pillage of Mount Prospect.

Motion madeseconded and oarried that meeting be
adjourned to Friday night.
