The Clerk called the meeting to order, all Trustees
responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of August 4th were read and same
were on motion duly made seconded and carried„
The Treasurer's Report as follows was read and ordered
placed on file.

It . was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee
Noll that said bills be Mgid and clerk be directed to issue .
warrants for same.

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly move by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee Haas .
that permit be granted to the V.P. W. to have a danoe in
— H. H. Qhester Warehouse, without paying the usual license fee.
Motion carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee Haas
that clerk be di rented to return certified check to C. M. Porter
& Co. Motion oarried.
Therupon it was duly moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by
Trustee Heide that Clerk ask Judge Lueders to present names
and amount of fines of each one arrested for speeding in the
last two months at the next meeting. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Beigel
that perptbtbe granted to property owners south of Railraod
on Bmmeroon St to have Sewers put in under Bngineer's super)
vision without cost to the Village. Motion carried
It was duly moved seconded and oarried that clerk write
C. M. Porter & .lo. to properly back fill under payment at Pine
& Central.
It was moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by Trustee
Heide that the Board of Trustees aooept the recommendation it
`'� the Board of Appeals and have the Chairman of the Judioary
` - draw up ordinanoe/ Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Heide
that permission be graded to the congregation to use the Hall
for Confirmation sohtol. Motion carried.
Moved by Trustee Hasa seconded by Trustee Noll that
Sidewalk be tabled till the next meeting. Carried.
Moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by Trustee Haas
that a copy of the letter from Miss Bertha nerd be forwarded
to P. G. Campbell, Supt of Wis. Div. of the 0. N. V. B.R.
and Miss 'Chard be notified of the action taken. Motion carried.
Therupon it was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting
adjourned.
