Minutes of an adjourned meeting held June 20th, 1925.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees except Trustee
Mecklenburg and Trustee Noll responsding present.
Therupon a plat of Prospect Manor Subdivision being a sub -
divison of part of the S. 3/4 of the W. 1/2 of the w. 1/2
of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 11, east of the
3rd principal Meriden.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
Beigel that said plat be approved and the President and
Clerk be authorized and directed to sign same for the
Village.

Nays, none.
Motion carried, ayes four, nays none.
Thereupon the Clerk read the following bills said bills
having been approved by the proper committees
John C. Clausen, 6 day service 60.00
Mt/ Prospect Improvement Assn, oil applied
on Evergreen and Maple st. past Village lot 10,00
4170.00
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee
Beigel that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to
issue warrants for same.

Trustee Beigel that sand used in oiling streets be paid.

It was duly moved by Trustee Heide seconded by Trustee
Beigel that Chairman of Street and Sidewalk Committee
have weeds cut off along streets.

It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee
Haas that bid of Mr/ Knight be accepted and contract be
awarded upon the condition that the Zenith Radio Corp.
deposit with the Village Treasurer the sum of $1097.25.
to cover the amount of the improvement.
