Dear Sir ;) You are hereby directed to call a special meeting of President and Board of Trusteed of the Village of Mount Prospect for the purpose of passing an ordinate making an appropriation for corporate purpose* of the Village of Mount Prospect, Ill for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1925 and ending April 30, 1926 and to take up such other business which may come before the meeting. Said meeting to be held Tuesday eyeing May 26, 1925. at the usual time and place. Busse 80.00 157.47 Expenditures 12436 B Al Lisk Therupon it was duly moved by Trustee Pohlamdn seconded by Trustee Heide that we advertise for bids on approxiamtely 1000 ft 2 in pipe, 1000 feet 6 inch pipe, 1 hydrant, one 6 inch valve and 1 meter box on the 2 inch line, same to be . opened on Friday June 5th, 1925. at 8 o'clock B.M. in the Village Hall ROLL CALL Ayes Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenburg Pohlman Nays none. Motion carried ayes five nayse none. Therupon an ordinance entitled "An ordinance making an Appropriation for Corporate Purposes of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois for the fiscal yeat beginning May 1, 1925 and ending April 30th, 1926. Passed May 5th, 1925. and approved May 5th 1925" was read. ROLL CALL Ayes Beigel Haas Heide Mecklenbur Pohlman Nays none Ayes five nays none. Therupon the bond of Mr. George Busse Village Collector for the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars with Geo. L. Busse and Albert E. Busse as sureties and bond of Christian D. Busse Village Treasurer for the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollas with Edward Busse and Henry Holste as sureties were presented and same on motion made seconded carried, approved.
