Dear Sir: -
You are hereby notified to call a special
meeting on Monday April 27, 1925, for the purpose of
receiving bids on the 1925 Water Works extensions and
canvassing votes and to take up such other business as
may come before the meeting.

The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the Roll, all Trustees re-
sponding present.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that
the Board proceed to canvass the votes of the election
of April 21, 1925.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seoonde by
Trustee Beigel that Mr. William Busse be declared elected
to the offioe of Village President and Messrs. John W.
Pohlman, Charles Mecklenburg and Herman Heide to the offioe
of Village Trustee and Mr. John P. Moehling to the office
of Police Magistrate.

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk presented the following Pay

It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by
Trustee Heide that the President be authorized to sign and
the clerk to oountersign and issue warrants for the amount
set opposite each respective name.

Ayes six, Iays None. Motion carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seoondea by Trustee
Haas that bids be opened. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
Haas that the checks of the t.WO_higheet .bidders be returned.
Motion carried.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by
Trustee Noll that Plat of Dedication of the South 16 Feet of
Lot Lot 15 A in Waldermor Krause's Addition to Mount Prospect
be approved and the President and Clerk be authorised to sign
on behalf of the Village and the Clerk be directed to issue
voucher for the amount of $105.00 in favor of H. N. Busse.
