The President oalled the meeting to order, in the absence
of the Village Clerk on account of being sick, J. W. Pohlmann
acted as clerk.
The Clerk called the roll all Trustees ezoept Trustee
Haas responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of Feb 3 were read and same were
on motion duly made, seconded and carried approved as read.
Treasurer's Report as follows was read and ordered placed
on file.

It was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg that
said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

It was duly moved by Trustee Heide, seoonded by
Trustee Noll that Trustee Pohlman be authorized to purchase
a coil of lead pipe,

Motion oarried byes five, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved that we transfer
$44,94 from the Judiciary Fund to the Installment and
Interes on Special Assessments No. 1 and 2 fund.
