RESOLUTION NO 52-01
A RESOiUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 307 NORTH WESTGATE ROAD
WHEREAS, the Pebboner, Richard Krystoflak, has requested approval of a Final Plat of
Subdivision for the; purpose of creating two lots of record by subdwldlng one ex,sting lot,
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the subdivision
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
SECTION ONE That the subdivision of one lot of record to create two lots~ of record Is
hereby granted for' the property at 307 North Westgate Road, and the Final Plat of
Subd~ws~on attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" ~s hereby approved for apprepnate
execubon and rec0rd~ng Such Plat and its legal description are ~ncorporated ~nto, and
made a part of, th~§ Resolution
SECTION TWO This Resolubon shali be ~n full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval ~n the manner provided by aw
