Minutes of the meeting of September 2nd were read and same were on motion duly made, seconded and oarried, approved as read. The Treasurer's Report as follows was read and ordered plaoed on file. To the Honorable President and Members of the Village Board of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois. Gentlemen: I hereby make application for permission to dig up ram St. from Lot 12, Moak 6 of Busse's & Wills's Resub- division to drain tile on center of Blm St for the purpose of laying drain tile to my residenoe. Signed Emma* Heide It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Mecklenburg, that said permit be granted and deposit of Herman Heide for the sum of Ten Dollars as a guarantee that refill would be properly made be held by the Clerk until ordered returned by the Village Board. Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Pohlman that Fifty Dollars be transferred from the Judiciary Pdtnd to the Contingent Puna, ROLL CALL .Ayes Beigel, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll, Pohlman. Nays, None Motion parried, byes five, Nays none. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Boll, seconded by Trustee Pohlman, that trustee Beigel be authorized to put up signs at the Village Limits. (exoept Railway) of the N. 1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of Soo. 34 T. 41. N. R. 11. 34 of the 3rd P. M. (exoept the W. 10,58 oh, 'thereof) was presented. • It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman that said plat be approved and the President and Clerk be authorized and direoted to sign same for the Village. ROLL CALL Ayes, Seigel, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll, Pohlman. Nays, None. Motion Carried, ayes five, nfys none, It was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg, seconded by Trustee Noll, that the matter of straightening township road on the east side of Mount Prospect bersferred to the Chairman of the Street and Sidewalk Committee. Motion oarried. On motion duly seconded and oarried meeting adjourned. Minutes approved this S day of November 1924. c
