Minutes of a special Meeting of the President and Board
o1 Trustees held in pursuanee of the following call of
the president/
Mt. Prospect, Ill., May 20,1224

Dear Sir:
You are hereby directed to call a special meeting of
President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
for the purpose of passing an ordinance making and appropriation
for corporate purposes of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois,
for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1924 and ending April 30,
1925, and to take up such other business which may come before
the meeting. Said meeting to be held Tuesday evening May 20,
1924. at the usual time and.plaoe.

The clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present.

Thereupon application of the Public Service Co. as follows, was
read and on motion duly made, seconded and oarried, same was
granted.

Application is hereby made by the Public
`✓' Service Company of Northern Illinois to perform work
as specified below.
To install gas Service Pipe to W/S Wills St.
& Milburn St.
PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY
OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS
(SIGNED) BY D.W. BUTON."
Thereupon an ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance making an
Appropriation for Corporate Purposes of the Village of
Mount Prospect, Illinois, for the Fiscal year beginning
May 1, 1924 and ending April 30, 1925. Passed May 20,
1924 and approved May 20, 1924" was read.
It was duly mowed by Trustee Haas that said ordinance
be passed.

Ayes Beigel, Haae, $eide, Mecklenburg, Noll, Pohlman.
Nays: None.
' Motion carried, Ayes six, Nays none.
Thereupon an ordinance amending an ordinance entitled,
"An Ordinance providing for the regulation and management
of the water works system of the Village of Mount Prospect,
and establishing rules and regulations for the government
of the water consumers and others, and regulating connections
with said system and establishing rates and charges and
license fees for Plumbers. Passed May 20, 1924 and approved
May 20, 1924" was read.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman that said
ordinance be passed.

Nays: None.
Motion carried, Ayes six, Nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded
by Trustee Heide, that the ball team be allowed to erect
a scoreboard."
Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Beigel,
seconded by Trustee Heide, that the Chairman of the
Street and Sidewalk Committee be authorized to order
3 carloads of stone to fix up streets.
