Minutes of an adjourned meeting.
The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
It was duly moved by trustee Gosch, seconded by trustee Haas that
contract for 100 gallon per minute pump and equipment called for in
their bid of Jan. 2, 1923 be awarded to the Luitwieler Pumping Engine
Company at their bid price of 42476.00 subject to their letter of Jan.
9th, 1923 which provided for a reduction of 4390.00 if automatic control
were eliminated and change in style of motor were made and that the
clerk be directed to return checks to unsuoessful bidders and to re-
turn check of the Luitwieler Pumping Engine Co. upon their signing a
contract with the Village and furnishing bond.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Clausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahncke, Mecklenburg.
Nays: None.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
