December 5th, 1922
The president called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees excepting trustee
Olausing responding present. I4
Minutes of the meeting of November 7th, 1922 were read
and same were on motion duly made seconded and carried accepted.
The treasurer's report as follows was read and ordered placed on
file:

Thereupon the clerk read the following bills having been
approved by the proper committees:

It was duly moved by trustee Haas, seconded by trustee Heide
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue
warrants for same.

Ayes: Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahncke, Mecklenberg.
Nays: None.
Motion carried ayes„ five, nays none.
Thereupon application of the Public Service Co., to dig
up street to locate and bring to surface two Boxes at Main &
Railroad Streets was read.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that said permit
be granted.
Thereupon it was moved, seconded and carried that check
for 410.00 of Albert 'rille wilich had been deposited with the
clerk as guarantee that refill of ditch dug in Evergreen Avenue
would be properly done, be order returned.

Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Gosch, seconded by trustee
Jahncke that the Street Sc Sidewalk Cormi ttee be authorized to
✓` fix Elm St. at driveway of L. 1. Barcroft.

Ayes: Goscri, Haas, Heide, Jahnoke, Mecklenberg.
Nays: None.
Lotion carried, ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Haas, seconded
by trustee Mecklenberg that 4100.00 be transferred from the
Judiciary Fund to the Street Fund.

Nays: None.
Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon it was moved, seconded and carried that a
recess be taken till after the meeting of the Board of Local
Improvements.
Meeting re- convened after adjcurnment of the Board.

The clerk called the roll, all trustees excepting
trustee Olausing responding present.
Thereupon specifications for water tower and punping
aparatus prepared. by Engineer Oonsoer were presented.
It was duly moved by trustee Haas, seconded by
trustee Heide that said specification be approved and that
the advertising for bids to be received u to 8 o'clock P.L.L.
Jan. 2, 1923 be authorized.
