Nov. 14, 1922
President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
lanutes of the meeting of Oct.3rd, Oct. 10th and Nov.7th
were read and same were on motion 'duly made, SGOGfl1OL and carried
accepted as read.
Treasurer's report as follows was read and same was duly
ordered placed on file.
Treasurer's report (Corporate Fund)
Balance on hand last meeting $982.31
Expenditures 110.73
Balance on hand 4871.58
Water Works Bond. Fund.
Balance on hand 5886.50
Thereupon Mr. Wm. Gromoll asked the board to install a
street light at the corner of Owen Street and. Evergreen Avenue.
It was duly moved by trustee Haas, seccnded by trustee
Mecklenberg that said light be ordered installed and that the
clerk be directed to notify the Public Service Co. to install
same at their earliest possible convenience.

Ayes: Clausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahncke, Mecklenberg.
Nays: None.
Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following bills said bills
having been approved by the proper oammittees.

It was duly moved by trustee Haas, seconded by trustee
Jahncke that said bills be paid and the clerk be direct to iSSUB:
warrants for same.

Nays: None.
• Motion aarried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon bill of 4300.00 from the Consoer Engineering Co.
for engineering service was discussed.
It was duly moved by trustee Haas, seconded by trustee
Jahncke that 4200.00 be paid on account out of Water Work Bond fund
• and that the President be authorized to sign and the clerk to caunteg-
. sign and issue warrants for same.

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read application of Walter Scharringhausen
for permission to lay tile along the north siue of CentralRoad from
Northwest Highway to the Katz Road for the purpose of draining sur-
face and basement water from basement under building he intended to
build at the northeast corner of Northwest Highway and Central Road.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that said permit be
granted.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Gosch, seconded by
trustee Mecklenberg that the street and sidewalk committee be
authorized to install crossing on the north side of Busse Ave. across
Emerson Street and .5.aple Street and replace old crossing on the north
side of Busse Ave across Elm St. with a new one also insta:pl a cross-
ing on the west siae of Maple Street across Busse Ave.

Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Gosch, seconded by
trustee Haas that the chairman cf the street and sidewalk committee
be authorized to have all trees on street trimmed.

Ayes: Olausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, , Jahncke, Mecklenberg.
Nays: None.
Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Gosoh, seconded by
trustee Haas that the Park committee.be authorized to have trees at
the north and of Public Play grounds moved so that they would line
`.` up with trees planted along the south side of Busse Ave. east of
Owen Street.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Clausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahncke, Mecklenberg.
Nays :None.
Motion carried, ayes + six, nays none.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
