HomeMy WebLinkAbout10/03/1922 VB minutes Oct. 3, 1922 The President oalled the meeting to order. The Clerk called the roll, all trustees excepting trustee Mecklenberg responding present. Minutes of the meeting of Sept. 5, 1922 were read and same were on motion duly made, seconded and carried approved as read. Treasurers report as follows was read and same was ordered placed on file. TREASURERS REPORT (Corporate Fund) Balance on hand last meeting - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $1064.43 Received from Henry J Ehard 7.•00 TOTAL 41071.43 Expenditures 89.12 Balance on hand 4 982.31 WATER WORKS FUNDS Balance on hand 45886.50 Thereupon the clerk read the following bills, said bills having been approved by the proper oommittees. Wm. Busse & Son - Spikes P .18 John Meyn & Son Repair fire fighting aparatus - - 6.45 Ethel Froemling Typewriting 5.40 Henry Schaeffer Mowing weeds and scraping roads - 7.50 Public Service Co.- - - - Street lighting 7/18/22 to 9/31/22 91.20 Total - - - - - - - - - - 4110.73 It was duly moved by trustee Haas seconded by trustee 14 eide that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants for same. Roll Call Ayes: Clausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahnoke. Nays: None. Motion carried, ayes five, nays none. Thereupon Mr. Carl Hueeker asked for permission to fill ditch on north side of Central Road along his property. It was duly moved, seconded and carried that said permission be granted. Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Gosch seconded by trustee Heide that the Chairman of the Street and Sidewalk Committee be authorizes to have road bed of Lincoln Street east of the proposed pavement changed and that Mr. Fred. Schaeffer be assisted in deepening ditch south of Lincoln Street. , Roll Call Ayes: Clausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahnoke. Nays: None. Motion carried, ayes five, nays none. Thereupon the clerk read an ordinance entitled an Ordinance Providing sot the appointment of a Board of Health for the Village of Mount Prospect, in the County of Cook and State of Illinois and pre - scribing its duties and making other sanitary regulations. It was duly moved by trustee Gosch, seconded by trustee Haas that said ordinance be passed. Roll Call Ayes: Clausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahnoke, Nays: None. Motion carried, ayes five, nays none. Thereupon it was moved, seoonded and parried that meeting adjourn to 8 O'olook P.M., Tuesday evening, Oot. 10th, 1922. Mintues approved this � day of / 1 vv 1922
