Shard Village Clerk: Dear Sir: You are hereby direoted to call a special meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect for the purpose of appointing judges and clerks of Election for the annual Village Eleotion to be held April 18th, 1922 and to take up such other business as may oome before the meeting, said meeting to be held Friday evening, April 7th, 1922 at the usual time and place. Yours very truly, Signed William Busse Village President." Meeting oame to order. The clerk called the roll all trustbes responding present. It was duly moved, seconded, and carried that Mr. Henry Beigel act as chairman of the meeting. Thereupon the Clerk read the following letter from the Village President. Mt. Prospeot, Al., April 7th, 1922. " To the Honorable Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospeot: Gentlemen: By virtue of authority conferred upon me by law, I hereby appoint the following as judges and Clerks of election for the annual village Election to be held April 18, 1922 and respeotfully ask your ooncurrenoe therein. Judges: Clerks. i George Busse, Mrs. Alvin Wille, Louis Duntemann, Edwin Wille, John P. Moehling. Louis Mecklenburg. Yours very truly, Signed William Busse Village President, It was dray mated, seconded, and carried that said appoint- ments be ee*s in (:: Thereupon, the aerk read the following letter from the Village President. Mount Prospect, I11., April 5th, 1922. To the Honorable Members of the Village Board of The Village of Mount Prospect: Gentlemen: I hereby designate William Busse Jr. as the person whom I have direoted to affix my signature on Village of Mount Prospeot Water -Works Bonds and Coupons dated April 1, 1922. Attached hereto is my name executed by said William Busse Jr. with his signature underneath. Yours very truly, Signed William Busse. Village President. " Thereupon the olerk read the billowing letters. "To The Honorable the Board of j rustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. Gentlemen: I hereby offer the sum of $2500.00 for five (5) $500.00 Water -Works Bonds of the Village of Mount Prospect dated April let, 1922, said Bonds to mature $100040 April let, 1928, $1000.00 April 1st, 1929, and $500.00 April 1st, 1980. • Pespeotfully submitted, Signed Emil C. " c "To The Honorable the President and Members of the Village Board of The Village of Mount Prospect: Gentlemen; I the undersigned hereby offer the sum of $1500.00 for three (3) $500.00 Water -Works Bonds of the Village of Mount Prospect dated April lst, 1922, said bonds to mature $500,00 April 1st, 1930 and $1000.00 April lat, 1931. Respectfully submitted, • Signed Henry Clausins. It was duly moved by trustee Heide, seconded by trustee Gooch that said offers be accepted and the bonds be sold. ROLL CALL. Ayes : - Beigel, Clausing, Goaeh, Heide, Holate, Mecklenburg, Nays:- None. Motion carried ayes six, nays none. On motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting adJourned. utes approved this
