March 7, 1922.
The president palled the meeting to order.
The olerk nailed the roll all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of Feb. 7th and Feb. 18th 1922 sere
read and some were on mtion duly made seconded ans carried
accepted as read.
The treasurer's report as follows was read and o* motion
duly made seconded and oarried approved as read and ordered
placed on file.

Thereupon the clerk read the following bills, said bills
having been approved by the proper oommittees.

It was dgly move( by trustee Beigel seconded by trustee
Meoklenburg that said bills be paid for and the clerk be
direoted #r issue warrants for same.

Nays:- lone.
Motion oarried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Holste seconded
by trustee Beigel that the clerk be authorized and direoted
to rent a safety deposit box where all valuable papers of the
village are to be kept.

Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
xThereipon.a plat of Meier'$ Addition to Mt. Prospect in
the N. W. 1/4 of potion 12, town 41 N., Range 11 East of the
3rd P. M. and a plat of Subdivision of blocks 3, 4, 5, 10, 11,
and 12 and lot A of block 9 of Busse's Eastern addition to
C Mount Proepeot were presented.
-` It was duly moved by trustee Goseh sec by trustee
Seigel that said plats be approved and the seconded and Clerk
be authorized and directed to sign same for the village.

Motion oarried ayes six, says none.
'hereupon the olerka read a letter from the chairman of the
tranbportation oommittee of the city of Park aidge inviting
the Presidents and village trustees do attend -a meeting at the
city Hall of Park Ridge bn March 16, 1922 at 8 o'clock P.M.
the purpose of said meeting b.ng the disoussing of ways and
mean* of obtaining better train servioe and equipment from
the 01 & N. W. R. W. Co..
Thereupon the olerk read an ordinance entitled an ordinance
to provide for the time and place of meeting of the President
and Members of the board of trustees of the village of Mount
Prospect, Cook County, Ill. said ordinance being designated as
(:: ordinance mOpber 3'.
It was duly moved by trustee Gooch seconded by trustee
Holete that suoh ordinance be passed?
