The president called the meeting to order,
The Clerk called the roll all trustees respondityrpreSent.
Minutes of the meeting of January 3, 1922 wore read and on motion
duly made seconded and oarried approved as read.
(:: The Treasurer's report as follows was read and on motion duly made
seconded and carried ordered placed on file.
Treasurer's Report,
Balance on hand Jan, 3, 1922 - -- 584, 58
Expenditures 309.75
Cash on hand .
Thereupon the clerk read the following bills said bills having
been approved by the proper committees.
Northwestern Light and Power Co, Jan. St. Lights -- 58,34
Borders Stationery Stores - Typewriter ribbon 1.00
H. N. Meyn 1 Bbl, Soda Bicrb. - - 12.00
Wm. Busse Jr.- - - -0i1 and couplings �- 2.98
Total •- 74.3Z
It was duly moved by trustee Beigel, seconded by trustee Holate
that said bills be paid and the clerk be dirrected to issue warrants
for same,

Ayes: Beigel, Clanging, Gooch, Heide, Holate, Mecklenburg,
Nays: None.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the chairman of the Fire and Water Committee reported
that the fire dept. desired to have seat on fire truck changed and
that a new hose for hand pump was necessary.
It was duly moved by trustee Gooch seconded by trustee Heide that
the Fire And water committee and the Fire Dept, be authorized to have
seat on truck changed and to purchase a new hose for hand pump.

Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following letter from the Mount Prospect
Improvement ASIA.
"To the President and Members of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect.
Gentlemen:
At a meeting of the Board of Direotors of the Mt.
Prospect Irnp. Assn. the matter of zoning of our village was discussed
and on motion I was directed to write to your honorable body informing
you that the board of directors of this Assn. deemed it highly advisable
that yout honorable body take this matter up in the near future.
Trusting that you will give this letter your prompt
consideration, I remain, yours very truly,

Action on said letter was clattered to some future data.
Thereupon a plat of Subd. of Block 8 of Busse's Eastern Addition
to Mount Prospect was presented.
It was duly moved by trustee Holste, seconded by trustee Beigel
that said plat be approved and that the President and Clerk be auth-
orized to sign same in behalf of the Village.

Ayes: Beigel, Clansing, Goaeh, Heide, Holste, Mecklenburg.
Nays: None.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon an Ordinance providing for the issuance of Water Bonds
to the amount of 0000.00 for the erection, construction etc. of a
system of Water -works eto. and providing for the payment of said bonds
eta., said ordinance being designated as ordinance number 35)waa
read by the Clerk.
It was duly moved by trustee Gosoh,..seconded by trustee Holste
that said ordinance be passed.

Mays: None.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
On motion duly made seconded and parried meeting adjourned.
