The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of July 5th, 1921 were read and on motion
duly made seconded and carried aeoepted as read.
The treasurer's report as follows was read and on motion duly
made, seconded and carried ordered placed on file.

'. thereupon the clerk read the following bills said bills having
been approved by the proper committees.

It was duly moved by trustee Beigel seconded by trustee Holste
that said bills be paid and the olerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.
Roll Call.
Ayes : - Beigel, Clausing, Gosoh, Heide; Holste, Mecklenburg.
Nays:- None.
, Motion carried ayes six, Nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved seconded and carried that Mr. Herman
Heide be authorized to move cement sidewalk slab now laying loose
away from in front of the Ioe Cream Parlor.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Beigel seconded by trustee
Heide that the Street and Sidewalk Committee be authorized and directed
to have necessary repairs on street crossings made.

Ayes : - Beigel, Clausing, Gosoh, Heide, Holste, Mecklenburg.
Nays:- None.

Thereupon the clerk read an application of Mr.

Thereupon the President stated that Mr. George Busse had re-
quested him to find out if the Village Board desired to take the
tract of land offered by the Busse Land Co. to the Village for public
playground purposes.
(2, It was duly moved by trustee Holste seconded by trustee Goeoh
that the track of land offered by the Busse Land Co. for Public Play
Ground purposes be taken.

Motion carried ayes fpur, nays two.
