The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll all trustees excepting trustee Gooch
responding present.
The minutes of 'the meeting of Aug. #3rd. 1920 were read and on mat
tion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
The following bills having been approved by the proper committees
were read by the clerk.

Albert Wille Material 11.•41
Borders Ste. Store -- Ledgers 4.00
Northwestern L. & P. Co. 50.00
Total #68.41
It was duly moved by trustee tiaberkamp, seconded by trustee Beigel
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.
Roll Call.
Ayes; Beigel Busse, Iiaberkamp, holste, Pohlmann. Nays none.
Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon the olerk read an application of Mr. H. F. Seegers for
permission to dig up am at. from lot line ( Lot21 Block 11 Busse &
Wille's Besbd. in Mt. Prospeot) to drain tile in center of Elm St. for
the purpose of laying tile from catch basin to said drain tile.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said permit be granted
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
