The President Galled the meeting to order.
The clerk Galled the roll all trustees responding present.
The minutes of the meeting of July 6th were read and on motion
duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report as follows was read -and on motion duly made
seconded and parried ordered placed on file.

committees were read by the Clerk.

It was duly moved by trustee Holste seconded by trustee Busse
that said bills be paid and the Clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same,

Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
