The President called the meeting to order.
The olerk called the roll all trustees excepting trustee Gosoh
responding present.
(:: The minutes of the meeting of June let 1920 were read and on
motion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
The following bills having been approved by the proper oommittees
were read by the clerk.

It was duly moved by trustee Holste seoonded by trustee Busse
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlmann. Nays none.
Motion carried ayes five nays none.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seoonded by trustee Pohlmann
• that, the President be authorized and directed to purchase five or six
signs bearing the following inscription , "Observe the speed law, Close
your out out."
Roll Call.
Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlmann. Nays none.
C Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon the olerk read an ordinanoe'for the levy and assessment
of taxes for the ourrent fisoal year, oommenoing May 1, 192o and ending
April 30, 1921, said ordinanoe being designatedc,as ordinance No. 27.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seoonded by trusteeHolste
that said ordinanoe be passed.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Haberkamp, Holste Pohlmann. Nays none.
Motion oarried ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that the clerk be directed
to write a letter to the C. & N. W. R. R. asking them to cut weeds
along their right of way before same would go to seed.
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
