"State of Illinois-) County of Cook I, Henry J. Ehard, clerk of the Village of Mount Prospect, County Of Cook, State of Illinois and keeper of the records and files thereof do hereby certify that at an eleotion held in the Village of Mount Proapedt, County of Cook and State Of Illinois, on Tuesday April 20, 1920 the following named persons wore duly elected to the office set_ opposite their respective names and each of them has filed my office the oath of office required by law. The Clerk galled the roll all trustees responding present. Thereupon the minutes of the meeting of April 6th and April 24 1920 were read and on motion duly made seconded and carried aooepted a$ read. The clerk thereupon read the following communication from the Village President. " To the Members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois: Gentlemen: By virtue of authority conferred upon me by ordinance I hereby appoint the following oommitteea for the en- muting fisoal year and respectfully ask your oonourrenoe therein: Jndioiary. henry Habe p-- Chairman Ernst Gooch - --- Chairman John W. Thereupon a oommunjcation from the president appointing Christian D. Busse Village treasurer for the enaueing fiscal year was read. It was duly moved seooaded and carried that the appointment be conourred in, Thereupon the Bond of Henry J. Shard , pillage clerk, for the sum of $500,00 with William Busse Jr. and Ernst Breese as sureties was read.. It was duly moved seoonded and carried that said bond be approved. The Treasurers report as follows was read and ordered plaoed on file. Corp ra a Fund Balance on hand April 6, 1920 41174.41 Receipts none Expenditures 582.09 Balance on hand $692.32 Vehicle License Fund. Cash on Hand Apr. 6th, 1920 424.41 Receipts none Expenditures none. Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seoonded by trustee Beigel that the treasurer be authorized and direoted to transfer $45.00 from the judiciary fund to the Fire Protection Fund and $90.00 from the Bridge and Sidewalk fund to the Street fund. Roll Call. Ares: Beigel, Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Hoists, Pohlmann. Nays: - None. Motion oarried ayes 6 nays none. Thereupon the olerk read the following bills said bills having been approved by the proper committees. William Buses & Son Ladders & Battery - $121.15 Mt. R ©11 Call. Ayes Beige., Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlmann. Nayes: -- -None. Motion carried ayes six, nays none. It was duly moved seoonded and oarried that permission be granted to Mr. H. W. Busse to dig up Maple St. from the east line of lot 11 Blkā€¢ 5 Busse and Wille's resubd. to drain tile in Maple St. for laying tiles for house drain. It was duly moved seoonded and carried that the treasurer be direoted to close his books. It was duly moved seconded and oarried that the finanoe oommittee be appointed a committee to audit the treasure's and Clerks books. On motion duly made seoonded and carried meeting adjourned.
