Minutes of a speoial meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect held in pursuance of an oredr of the President and notice thereof forwarded to each trustee as follows: Presidents order; "Mr. Henry J. Ehard: Clerk of the Village of Mount Pro. eet: Dear Sir: You are hereby direoted to call a speoial meeting of the President and Members of the Village Board to convene Saturday evening at 8 Oolook P.M. at Wm. Wills's hall April 24, 1920, to oanvass the vote and to take • up suck other business as may come before the meeting. Yours very truly signed; William Busse. Village President." Clerks Notice to Village Trustees. " Dear Sirs A speoial meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect will take place next Saturday evening April 24, 1920 at the usual time and place for the purpose of canvassing the vote of April 20 and to take up such other business as may come before the meeting. Yours very truly, By order of the President. signed : - Henry J. Shard. Village Clerk. " The President nailed the meeting to order. The clerk oalled the roll all trustees exoepting trustee Pohlmann responding present. The President and Village trustees thereupon proceeded to- canvass the vote of the election of April 20 1920. Busse 15 0 15- (2 It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee ri vase that Henry Seigel, Henry Holste and Ernst Gosch be declared eleoted to the office of Village trustee for the term of two years and that Henry J Ehard be declared cleated to the offioe of Village Clerk for the term of two years. Roll Call. 4 Ayes; Beigel,Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Holste. Nays; none. Motion oarried ayes five nays none. Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by Trustee Gooch that the Treasurer be authorized and direoted to tran- sfer 420.00 from the contingent fund to the salary fund and 410.00 from the contingent fund to the election expenoe fund. Roll Gall. Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Holste. Nays: none. Motion carried ayes five, nays none. Ayes: Beigel, Busse Gosah, Haberkamp; Hoists. Nays none. Mo *ion carried ayes five, nays none. Thereupon the clerk read application of Mrs. Martha Froemling for permission to dig up Maple Street from east line of Lot 9 Blk. 5 Busse and Wille's Resbd. in Mt. Proseot to drain tile on west side of said Maple St. for the purpose of laying a house drain. It was duly moved seconded and carried that said permit be granted Thereupon Mr. Geo. Busse asked for permission to move building which he had purchased from ; ►r. J. P. Moehling now standing on lot 10 J31k. 15 Lgglestons aubdn. to Lot A. Bik. 8 in Busse Eastern Add. It was duly moved seconded and carried that said permit be g granted. Thereupon Trustee Haberkamp presented a plat dedicating a strip of land 66 feet wide through Mr. Chas Bellendorf and Mr. H. C. Katz 's (:: farm along the right of way of the Chicago & Northwestern R. R. to the Village for Road purposes. It was duly moved by trustee Gooch seoonded by trustee Holste that said plat be approved and that the President and Clerk be direoted to sign same for the Village. Roll Call. Ayes : Beigel, Busse, Gosah, Haberkamp, Holste. Nays none. motion parried ayes five nays none. Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Haberkamp seconded by Trustee Busee.that the Village issue warrants in favor of Mir. Chas. Bellendorf for the sum of $50.00 and to MR. H. C. Katz. for the sum of $25.00 in payment for a 66 foot strip of land through their property along the C. &N. W. R. R. Co's R.of W. for road purposes and that the President be authirized and directed to sign and the clerk to countersign said warrants. (:: Roll Call. Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Holste.
