HomeMy WebLinkAbout04/06/1920 VB minutes April 6th, 1920. The President ()ailed the meeting to order. The Clerk called the roll all trustees excepting trustee Busse responding present. Minutes of the meeting of March 2nd were read and on motion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read. The Treasurer's report as follows was read and on motion duly made seconded and carried, accepted and ordered placed on file. Corporate Fund. Cash on hand Maroh 2, 1920 4 24.53 Received from H. J. Shard 59.58 Received from J.C. Meyer, Elk Grove Col.- 1151.59 " H.C. Meyer, ;Wheeling Col.- 243.00 Total 1478.70 Expenditures- 304.29 Balanoe on band 41174.41 Vehicle License Fund. Cash on held March 2, 1920 $ 24.41 Expenditures none. Thereupon the olerk read the following bills said bills having been approved by the proper oommittees. Legal adviser Publishing Co. 411.99 Northwestern Light & Power Co. -March St.L.- 50.00 (17.: Northwestern Busse Labor on Streets 10.00 Fred Biermann -- Cleaning Sidewalks & Ssr. Rd. 14.50 William Busse Jr. Stamps 1.00 Mt. Prospect Nat. Bank. Int.on antioip. war. - 4.92 Total :41 It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seoonded by trustee Holate that said bills be paid and the olerk be directed to issue warrants for same. Roll Call. Ayes: Beigel, Goaoh, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlmann. Nays: none. Motion parried ayes five nays none. The Clerk reported that the sale of wood at public auotion amounted to 418.75. Thereupon the president appointed the following to serve as judges and clerks at the anual election to be held April 20, 19 Judges: George Busse, John Moehling, Louis C. Duntemann Clerks: Adolph Wille, Fred W. Busse, Edwin Wille. It was duly moved seconded and carried that the appointments be concurred in. On motion duly made seoonded and carried meeting adjourned.
