Jan. 6, I920.
The President Galled the meeting to order.
The olerk oalled the roll all trustees responding present.
The oierk read the minutes of the meeting of Deo. 2 1919 and same
were with he oorreotion , including Wm. Seegers property through which
a 66 ft. efr.pwoi' land was to be surveyed, aooepted as read.
The Treasurer's report as follows was read and ordered placed on
file.

Thereupon the olerk read the following bills said bills having
been opproved by the proper oommittees.

Henry J. Shard - - -6 Soarlintina signs .60
Total 43.62
It was duly moved by trustee Pohlmann, seconded by trustee Beigel
that said bills be paid and the olerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlmann. - Nays: none.
Motion carried ayes 6, nays' none.
Thereupon the clerk read an ordinance designating and appointing
the members of the Board of Looal improvments of the village of Mount,
Prospeot, in the County of Cook, and State of Illinois, said ordinance
being designated as ordinance No.24.
It was duly moved by trustee Busse seconded by trustee Gosoh that
saia ordinance be passed.
Roll Call.
Ayes; Beigel, Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Holster, Pohlmann. - Nays; none.
Motion oarried ayes six, nays none.
On motion duly made seconded and oarried meeting adjourned.
