The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll all trustees excepting trustee Beigel
responding present.
The minutes of the meeting of Nov. 4th I919 were read and on
motion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report as follows was read and on motion duly
made seconded and carried ordered placed on file.
General Fund.
Cash on hand Nov. 4, 19I9 4464.66
Received from the Mt. Prospect Nat. Bank 250.00 loan.
Received from the Cook County Treasurer 204.42
Total 919,08 y

Balance on hand 210.18
Vehicle Fund.

Expenditures none. •
Balance in fund 15.66
The following bills having been approved by the proper committees
were read by the clerk.

It was duly moved by trustee Gosch seconded by trustee Pohlmann
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants for
same.

Motion carried ayes five S nays none.
It was duly moved by trustee Pohlmann seconded by trustee
Haberkamp that the village have a survey made of the 66 ft. strip of
land lying north and adjoining the north line of the C. & N. V. R.of W.
through the property of Pohlmann's , Burkes, Bellendorf, Katz & seegere with
the view of having plats of same made.

Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved by trustee Pohlmann seconded by trustee Holste
that the cost of surveying and the sum of 4300.00 to the Pohlmanns and
450.00 to Chas. Bellendorf and 42.00 to H. C. Katz in payment for a 66 ft
strip of land through their respective property.for road purposes be paid
out of the Street fund.

Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that the President and
Trustee Haberkamp be appointed a committee to engage a surveyer.
