The Treasurer's report as follows was read and ordered placed on file. Balance on hand - - -- Feb. 3, 1919 3I0.42 Expenditures 129.55 Balance on hand I80.87. The following bills having been 0. Ked by the proper committees, were read by the clerk. Henry Holste Jr. -- -Labor on road 4 4.20 Albert Holmberg Cutting Willow Brushes 2.I0 Wm. Busse Jr. - -- -Soda, Acid, 0i1, & Envelopes 26.38 Northwestern Light & Power Co. -- Feb. Street Lights 4I.66. Chicago Telephone Co. - -- Long :uistance Call .35 H. J. Shard I2 Measles Signs .90 75.59 It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Holste that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants for same. -- Roll Call.- - Beigel aye Holste aye Haberkamp aye Pohlmann aye. Motion carried , ayes four, nays none. Thereupon it was duly moved by trusted Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Pohlmann, that the President be authorized to sign and the Clerk to counter sign and issue a warrant in favor of 'William Koehler, Supervisor of the Township of :Maine, upon the furnishing of written proof of dedication of land by Mr. Federvitz for steet purposes on the township line of Maine and Elk Grove south of the Northwestern tracks to the south line of the village of Mount Prospect. Roll Call. --- Beigel aye Holste aye Haberkamp aye Pohlmann aye. Motion carried,ayes four, nays none. Thereupon trustee Holste reported that complaint had been received regarding Wuerffel's dog. It was duly moved and carried that the clerk be instructed to write t o i[ir. Herman L Wuerffel notifying him that his dog must remain tied up ` or be removed from the corporate limits of this vil age. On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
