The President called the meeting to order .
The Clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
The Clerk read the minutes of the previous meeting and same
were on motion duly made , seconded and parried accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report as follows was read and ordered placed
on file.
Balance on hand Deo.2, I918. $585.28
Disbursments I92.02
Balance on hand 393.I6
The President reported that he had made a verbal offer for the
position as Health Officer to Dr. C. A. Starck, and that he had
accepted same.
Thereupon the following bills were read by the clerk, said bills
having been 0.Ked by the proper committees.
Herman Meyn - - -- Repair on Fire Engine 5.00
Henry Holste Jr. Labor on road 23.00
Wm. Busse & Son -- Gasoline, Oil, & Spikes 13.07
Northwestern Light & Power Co. Dec. St Lights 41.67
Total 82.74.
It was duly moved by trustee Busse, seconded by trustee Haberkamp
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.
Roll Call.

Motion carried ayes five nays none.
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
