RESOLUTION NO. 49-01
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2233 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD
WHEREAS, the Petitioner, John Healy, has requested approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision for the
purpose of creating two lots of record by subdividing one existing lot;
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the subdivision of one lot of record to create two lots of record is hereby
granted for the property at 2233 South Busse Road, and the Final Plat of Subdivision attached to this
Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and
its legal description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: Corcoran
