RESOLUTION NO. 46-01
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 301-303 SOUTH DOUGLAS AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Petitioner, Donald Craig, has requested approval of a Final Plat of Consolidation for
the purpose of consolidating two lots of record into a single lot of record; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That a consolidation of two lots into a single lot of record is hereby granted for the
property at 301-303 South Douglas Avenue and the Final Plat of Consolidation attached to this
Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and
its legal description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: Corcoran, Zadel
