RESOLUTION NO. 45-01
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 801 CATHY LANE
WHEREAS, the Petitioners, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Maughan, have requested approval of a Final Plat
of Resubdivision for the purpose of consolidating one lot of record and a vacated street into a single
lot of record; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That a consolidation of a vacated street and one lot of record into a single lot of
record is hereby granted for the property at 801 Cathy Lane Lane and the Final Plat of Resubdivision
attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and
recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this
Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Hoefert, Lohrstorfer, Skowron, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Corcoran, Zadel
PASSED and APPROVED this 7th day of August, 2001.
