X. OLD BUSINESS A. ZBA 15-01,418 S. Na-Wa-Ta Avenue, Residence 2® reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 418 SOUTH NA-WA-TA AVENUE (Exhibit A) This ordinance grants a variation for an unenclosed, covered porch to encroach into the exterior side yard setback. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. B. ZBA 16-01, 1006 W. Isabella Street, Residence 2® reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1006 WEST ISABELLA STREET (Exhibit B) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for an unenclosed porch to encroach into the front set back. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. C. ZBA 16-01, 1006 W. Isabella Street, Residence 2® reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1006 WEST ISABELLA STREET (Exhibit C) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for a circular driveway. The Zoning Board voted 4-0 to deny the request. Xl. NEW BUSINESS A. *PC-02-01, Maughan Plat of Subdivision, 801 Cathy Lane A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 801 CATHY LANE (Exhibit D) This plat consolidates a vacated street with an existing lot to create a one-lot subdivision. The Plan Commission has recommended approval with a vote of 5-0. B. *PC-12-01, Craig Plat of Consolidation, 301-303 Douglas Avenue A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 301-303 DOUGLAS AVENUE (Exhibit E) This plat consolidates two lots and creates a one-lot subdivision. The Plan Commission has recommended approval with a vote of 5-0. C. ~PC-13-01, Craig 2nd Plat of Consolidation, 305-307 Douglas Avenue A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 305-307 DOUGLAS AVENUE (Exhibit F) This plat consolidates two lots to create a one-lot subdivision. The Plan Commission has recommended approval with a vote of 5-0. D. ZBA 17-01,305 Douglas Street, Residence 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 305 DOUGLAS STREET (Exhibit G) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow for the construction of a circular driveway. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval with a vote of 6-0. E. ZBA 19-01,350 S. We-Go Trail, Residence 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 350 SOUTH WE-GO TRAIL (Exhibit H) This ordinance grants a variation to allow for the construction of an attached garage which will encroach into the rear side yard. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended denial by a vote of 3-2, therefore a super-majority vote is required by the Village Board for approval. F. ZBA 20-01,202 N. Prospect Manor, Residence 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 202 NORTH PROSPECT MANOR (Exhibit I) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow the construction of an unenclosed porch, encroaching into the front yard setback. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval by a vote of 6-0. G. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE MAKING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET ADOPTED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2001 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2001 (Exhibit J) H. ~A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ADOPT AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL DISTRICT 57 AND THE MOUNT PROSPECT PARK DISTRICT FOR THE TEMPORARY RELOCATION OF MOBILE CLASSROOMS (Exhibit K) Xll.
